According to our survey (2024 “Survey on Mid-Career Recruitment and recruiting Human Resources for Auto Mechanics”) conducted by UPTY on auto mechanics who provide career change consultation, 78% of auto mechanics cited a worsening work environment as the reason for quitting, and 87% of factories cited the high cost of introducing air conditioning as the reason.
To solve this problem, we have developed an “Fixed-price air conditioning service” in collaboration with specialized companies in each field. - Overview of service

Our air conditioning environment improvement equipment and flat-rate plan are intended to significantly reduce the financial burden of installing this equipment in repair shops and provide a more comfortable working environment for all mechanics.
Furthermore, this plan requires no initial investment, introduces the latest air conditioning equipment, and offers a flexible payment method with monthly installments. This allows repair shops to easily introduce high-quality equipment without having to prepare a large amount of capital all at once.
In addition, to reduce the burden of repairs and maintenance at repair shops, repairs are free of charge and statutory inspection work is not required, minimizing the hassle of operation.
Since improving the working environment directly leads to lower turnover and improved work efficiency, the introduction of equipment proposed by our company is not simply a cost-reduction measure with a lump-sum payment. It is an initiative aimed at fundamentally improving the quality of the workplace where auto mechanics work.
