With offering several services specialized in Human Resource, we intend to be an external Personnel department of our customers such as automobile maintenance shop, gas station and car dealer. So we mainly run several services. (ex. Recruitment, Temporary staff, On-boarding and Job change site)

Furthermore, we do think that our mission would change the status and treatment of automobile engineers for the future.

Specific our missions are following

 Enhance salary base and treatment of automobile engineers
 Reduce turnover rate for less than 10 years
 Increase the number of automobile engineers
 Improve the environment for workplace

In order to accomplish above goals, we will launch new services from now on as well as Business Development Business.
